Once the parcel is collected, Chronopost guarantees delivery the next day before 1pm, subject to weather conditions and possible access difficulties.
Free shipping from €60 of purchases with Colissimo in France and Belgium
In France, shipping costs are €6.90 for home delivery by Chronopost. For all orders over €60, shipping is free.
These rates are only valid in France (excluding overseas territories).
In Belgium, shipping costs are €7.90 with Chronopost. For all orders over €60, shipping is also free.

You have 7 working days from receipt of the parcel to return the ordered product(s).
The product(s) must be returned complete, unopened, and unused in their original packaging and wrapping.
